Dewalt, 10" Compact, Portable Job Site Table Saw - DW745

The Dewalt DW745 is ideal for a wide range of end users including interior and exterior trim carpenters, deck builders, and installers of hardwood floors, stairs, cabinets, doors, and windows to name a few. The saw has the ability to quickly and easily cut hardwood materials used in the construction of stairs and interior flooring, TREX™ decking materials, window and door casings, shelving, pressure treated lumber, as well as standard sheathing and 2x construction materials.
Capacity - The DW745 is equipped with a 15-amp motor that delivers more power output and torque than any other saw in its class. This makes it capable of handling heavy building materials or dense man made building products without stalling the motor or slowing productivity. Additionally, the table saw is designed with a telescoping fence that provides 16” of rip to the right and 12” to the left of the blade. No other table saw of this size and weight can complete this level of application with similar power or fence capacity.
Accuracy - For improved accuracy, DEWALT equipped the DW745 with a patented Rack & Pinion® fence system, which maintains the accuracy of the cut within 1/64”. The dial-operated Rack & Pinion® rail design allows the fence to remain parallel to the blade as users adjust the width of the rip. Durability A unique metal roll cage design of the DW745 helps protect the saw from drops, unsecured transportation and routine wear and tear that typically damages plastic bases. The DW745 is the only table saw on the market to offer users this feature, which increases the durability of the saw. Additionally, the DW745 has front impact-resistant rubber feet that are ideal for gripping support surfaces during a cut and moveable rear feet allowing for adjustability on uneven work surfaces.
Portability - The DW745 is lightweight, small and portable, allowing users to easily transport the unit to various locations on the job site. The footprint of the DW745 is 20 percent smaller than any other saw with similar capacity and it weighs 45 pounds, making it the lightest saw with its capacity.
